Thilak grew up in a family of Real estate investors and he was always fascinated by it since his childhood days. He has been an active real estate investor and has gained experiences with various aspects of buying, selling and renting real estate.

Thilak has also been through the process of building a semi custom home, which gave him great insight into permitting and building processes, right from purchasing the lot to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. He made the decision to switch his passion in real estate to profession as a real estate broker, licensed in Oregon!!
